The location is great, and everything is within easy reach. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows face the Catholic Church, with the bay behind the church and the Sky Tower on the side.
Although there are not so many breakfast varieties, they are all very delicious. The only drawback is that there are no vegetables, only fruits.
The front desk is very enthusiastic, and because our flight is late, they also handled a late check-out for us.

Breakfast was decent but a bit repetitive, so it would’ve been nice to have some different options on different days. The location was great and really convenient, but cleanliness could definitely be improved — the bathroom and cups weren’t properly cleaned. There’s no on-site hotel parking, and the alternatives were quite expensive. The most cost-effective option was Victoria Street parking, about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel charged $59 per night for Wilson Parking, but it came with limitations, which made things quite difficult. On the plus side, complimentary dental kits were provided, which was a nice touch.
